Can SEAM ANALYSIS Services

A minimum of 2 empty cans is required for accurate evaluation.
We’ll test the first two cans at no charge. Additional cans will be analyzed at a rate of $45 per can.
At this time, this service is only available to companies located in the United States.
A standard analysis includes testing your cans for the following measurements:
• Countersink Depth
• Seam Thickness
• Body Hook
• Cover Hook
• Overlap
• Seam Height
• % Overlap
• % Body Hook Butting
• Seam Tightness
Prior to testing we will need to know the can manufacturer and can specifications.
